Course Description

Kurmasana B benefits: This is a complex pose, more challenging than Kurmasana A, requiring a lot of flexibility and mobility of hip joints and spine plus a lot more flexibility in the shoulder joints, in order to eventually interlock them behind the small of the back. The Sotai Yoga® technique will increase the flexibility of hips, shoulders and spine so that the pose can be easily achieved, at first with the help of a belt, and later, even without a belt.
