Badhrasana benefits: People who do not possess enough hip abduction and outward rotation in the thighs and a 90 o hip flexion at the pelvis, will find it difficult to sit in this position with a straight spine. The Sotai Yoga® technique will help the practitioner achieve flexibility in both of these movements, and with practice, eventually achieving both simultaneously.
